Blepharophimosis, Ptosis, and Epicanthus Inversus syndrome (BPES) is an ophthalmic disorder characterized by blepharophimosis, ptosis, epicanthus inversus and telecanthus, that can appear
associated with (type I) or without premature ovarian failure (type II).

Based on ratio between InterCanthal Distance(ICD) Horizontal Palpebral Fissure Length (PFL)

Grade            ICD/HPFL

Mild                1.3 - 1.5        

Moderate         1.5 - 1.8

Severe                > 1.8
